On this episode we chat with Bill Donald, General Manager at Loch Lomond in Scotland. Loch Lomond is an extremely exclusive private members clubs serving an international membership. It's so exclusive, in fact, that many refer to it as the "Augusta of Scotland."
Loch Lomond wasn't always so lucky, though. 8 years ago the clubs was in dire straights, and it took massive action and leadership from Bill and his team to turn things around there. You'll hear that story and much more on this episode.
